Our history
We began to trade in the January of 2018, immediately undertaking a
development of 125 new build apartments in Wembley.
We worked for our client I-Mex M&E Ltd on behalf Higgins Construction PLC'. The project completed in February 2019 and it was delivered to our client on time and in budget.
We have continued to grow and are now continuously undertaking electrical works on large scale developments throughout London and the South East, always aiming to deliver high quality installs on time & in budget.
Although we have experience within the commercial sector and have in the past been involved with the management and build process for large commercial projects such as schools, shops and industrial units, as DCR we are striving towards the residential market. Within this field we can offer complete electrical packages to ensure each individual element is within our control and under our experienced management team.
We feel this gives our clients, the main contractor and developer all peace of mind and ensures we deliver the electrical aspect of the project in its entirety and to the high standards we set as a company.

David Roche
Managing Director
With 19 years in the electrical industry and 10 in senior management, David has a wealth of experience, he has successfully managed Contract accounts in excess of 7 million and delivered projects with build values of up to 75 million pounds, he is extremely motivated, driven & always looking to improve.
Bradley Clarke
Contracts Director
Bradley has 20 years experience in the industry and has in the past worked at site management level on projects such as Heathrow terminal 5 & the Olympic park, since moving to the residential sector he has managed large contract accounts & delivered our projects on time, in budget and to a high standard, covering all aftercare & maintenance.
Stephanie Roche
Accounts Director / Office Manager
Stephanie has 16 years experience in payroll, dealing with the construction industry scheme and accounts. She is making the transition into office manager and is a vital member of the team.
Ronnie Oswald
Projects Director
Ronnie has 16 years in the field and 6 at site management level. He has successfully overseen the completion of several large schemes, co-ordinating with the site teams & ensuring our projects are delivered on time and to the best possible quality.
